Programs for Adults

We believe in the power of music to lift spirits, build community, and make life better. If you love to laugh, sing, and make new friends, this is the group for you!

Our SATB ensemble (Soprano, Alto, Tenor, Bass) welcomes all voices. While we appreciate those who can read music, no previous experience is necessary. Our experienced members are always happy to help you find your notes, and we will teach you everything you need to know.

 

Repertoire & Performances

Our music is as varied and fun as our members! We perform a mix of:

• Canadian Composers

• Holiday Classics

• Broadway Hits

• Traditional Choral Selections

 

The choir performs at Mecca’s term-end concerts and hosts a signature year-end performance each spring.

• Cost: $105.00 for the term

• Leadership: Conducted by Katherine MacFarlane; accompanied by Shirley Martin.
