Cast List & Adjustments

• Review the List: Please check your email for the cast list of The Rocking Tale of Snow White

•  Corrections: If your name is missing or misspelled, please contact Miss Lisa at meccabdn@gmail.com immediately.  Name corrections must be recieved by September 3..

• Changes: If your performer chooses not to continue with the production, please notify Miss Lisa so we can adjust the cast list.

• Additional Roles: Please note that any remaining solo lines or small group parts within songs will be cast during upcoming vocal rehearsals.

 

Key Dates & Deadlines

• Tuesday, Sept 1 - SCRIPT PICK UP​ -

  • 4:15 p.m. 6:45 Lead & Supporting  characters read through

    • Ensembles not required

• Thursday, Sept 3 4:45 p.m. 5:00– 6:30 p.m.  SCRIPT PICK UP​

  • Fees Due: Participation fees are due prior to material pick-up. E-transfers are preferred. Please include your performer's name in the memo line.

• Friday, September 18 Material Pick Up 4:30-5:30 (rehearsals will also be occuring from some cast members) 

  • Final Material Pick-Up

• Sunday, September 20th - Parent Meeting: 1:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. (Highly recommended for new families; all are welcome!).  Cast photos and t-shirts today!

 

Staying Connected

• Google Calendar: Most rehearsals are already posted. Please ensure you have synced the calendar to your device. If you need access, email meccabdn@gmail.com.

• Facebook Group: Join our Mecca Kids' Musical group to connect with other parents. We strive to keep this a positive, safe, and helpful space; please bring any specific concerns directly to Miss Lisa.

• Support: We are here to help with calendar syncing and scheduling questions at the Parent Meeting OR at audition drop off.

 

Financial Assistance: Mecca Arts Project (MAP)

We believe every child should have the chance to shine. If you require assistance with fees for The Little Mermaid Jr., classes, or summer camps, MAP is here to help.

• Funding: Up to $750.00 per student per year.

• How to Apply: Our online application is simple and non-invasive. Email meccaartsproject@gmail.com for the link, or find it in the Parent Facebook group.
