Rehearsal Schedule

Rehearsals for our October show begins in September (leads will receive their script in advance.).  Rehearsals for our May show begin in March (some vocal rehearsals may happen in February.). Please note that some roles and ensembles may be double-cast.

• Sundays (Primary): 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Specific call times depend on your ensemble).

• Select Fridays: 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. (Required for lead characters, scene work, and ensemble vocals).

Mandatory Show Week at the WMCA

Attendance is required for all cast members during this final push. Start times may vary slightly by ensemble:

• Monday – Wednesday: 5:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. (some may be called at 4:30

• Thursday: 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. & 4:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.

• Friday: 4:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.

• Saturday: All Day (Performance Schedule)
