Completion of this form will 'hold' a spot for your child in class.  Some classes fill up quickly so pre-registering is a good idea.   However, you will need to stop in at Open Registration to finalize your registration. 

If you prefer, you can download our 2011/12 Registration Form and mail it with payment to: Mecca Productions  1203 Princess Avenue, Brandon, MB  R7A 0L2.  You will receive an email confirming your child’s registration and details re: the first class and start of the year!

Or you can stop in at our studio during Open Registration (dates below) and sign up for classes in person. 

Regardless what method you choose, you can pay in full (cash or cheque) or divide the total into payment that work best for your family.  Cheques are payable to Mecca Productions.   Remember THERE IS NO ADMINISTRATION FEE FOR PAYMENT OPTIONS.   Please do not send cash in the mail.
